The fundamental reasons for the elimination of steam jet pump are: ① the vacuum it can achieve is low and the work is unstable, so it is difficult to ensure that the drying bin can obtain the ideal working vacuum, so it is also difficult to ensure the production of qualified dry products; ② It consumes a lot of steam and water, but it doesn't save energy.
The dehydration cycle of the food vacuum freeze dryer and the output of dried products are closely related to each other. If the cycle is short, the output will be high. We can't generally say whether the dehydration cycle of a lyophilizer is long or short, because the cycle is related to many factors, such as material variety, pretreatment form, loading amount, heating plate temperature, vacuum degree, and so on. The technical performance of the lyophilizer depends not only on the material heating mode, heating plate heating mode, refrigeration cooling mode, and vacuum unit configuration mode but also on the technical indexes such as heating plate temperature, water vapor refrigeration temperature, air leakage rate of the drying bin and vacuum degree of the drying bin (the time when the air is pumped to 130pa).
